Rule 1
What the AI may do on its own
Usually: draft, prepare, organize, answer routine questions from your policies, send messages you've pre-approved the wording of.
How it works
No six-month roadmap. No "transformation." We pick one job that costs you money every week, get AI doing it properly, and keep it running. Here's what actually happens, week by week.

Step 1 · One week · $2,500
We sit with you and the people who actually do the work. We write down every step, every handoff, every "then I text Maria." Then we mark the two or three spots where AI will save the most hours or win the most revenue.
A working session with you, then short conversations with whoever touches the process. We look at your tools, your emails, your spreadsheets — as they are.
We draw the process on one page, score each step for time, cost and risk, and rank what to automate first.
The Map is yours to keep. If you go ahead with a Build within 30 days, the full $2,500 comes off the price.

Step 2 · 2–4 weeks · from $9,500
This is where most AI projects die: the demo works, but it never connects to the real CRM, the real inbox, the real calendar. We do that part. Then we set the rules in writing — what the AI may do on its own, what needs a person's OK, and who that person is.
We wire into the two to four tools you already use and capture your know-how — price lists, policies, the answers your best person gives — so the AI works from your rules, not generic ones.
We build three to five specific skills — drafting the quote, chasing the follow-up, sorting the ticket — and test them on real examples with your team watching.
We turn on one scheduled job that runs on its own, hand you a plain-English runbook, and train your team in under an hour.

Step 3 · Monthly · from $3,500
Software drifts. Tools update. Your business changes. Somebody has to keep the system honest — and it shouldn't be you. On a Managed plan we monitor every action the AI takes, fix what drifts, and ship one new skill each month.
How you stay in charge
Written down, in plain language, before the Build. They're the reason our clients trust the system with real customers and real money.
Rule 1
Usually: draft, prepare, organize, answer routine questions from your policies, send messages you've pre-approved the wording of.
Rule 2
Usually: anything with money attached, any promise to a customer, anything the AI isn't sure about. It prepares the work; a named person clicks approve.
Rule 3
Every action is logged in a record you can read. When you ask "why did that quote go out at that price?", the answer is one click away.
